Yesterday proved to be a very valuable day on snow as we managed to avoid the crowds and were able to take full length runs. With some slightly warmer temperatures, most of the bulletproof snow showed a softer side that allowed our athletes and coaches alike to finally be able to link up some turns and make aggressive moves down the fall line. For the first time since we have gotten back from CO, the majority of the group was disappointed when coaches decided to call it a day and head over to the club for a quick dryland session.
For dryland, athletes worked their core muscles to the beat of some reggae music and followed the list of exercises as provided by the XPS Training platform. Today looks to be an exciting day as we have some fresh snow on the ground! (Not much but better than nothing!)
We hope to see everybody out on the hill today, but if not, until next time!
